AUDINT: Delusions of the Living Dead

AUDINT, Delusions of the Living Dead, is a 22 minute film about a clandestine, collaborative research team comprised of artists and scholars who archive and upload material addressing the historical and speculative relationship that exists between sound and army intelligence who call themselves, AUDINT, short for “Audio Intelligence”. As AUDINT, Kode9 (Steve Goodman) and Toby Heys provide a compilation of more than 60 years of research probing the hautological power of sonic weaponry and tactical media.

There will be an artist talk with Robert Saucier and Dr. Toby Heys at the reception commencing at 8:30, followed by a reception.

Neutral Ground acknowledges funding support from MIRIAD, Manchester Metropolitan University and AUDINT Records for this project.

AUDINT runs concurrently with Radiabolus, the exhibition and opens at 8:00 pm on Saturday, September 17th.

As with all NEUTRAL GROUND exhibitions, the doors open 8 pm the evening of the opening and are not available for public viewing during the afternoon. Regular gallery hours resume Tuesday at 11 am through 5 pm.
